I'm a lifelong supporter of the Labour...I'm a lifelong supporter of the Labour Party and I respect you. However, whilst being a card carrying member of the Labour party, I am becoming totally disenchanted with the parliamentary party and particularly the government. Whilst they have done great things, there is so much arrogance there and we are simply toadying to the USA and President Bush. Why can't we stand on our own two feet instead of hiding in the USA's shadow! I feel sick at the thought of not voting Labour next time - I would feel i was betraying my roots and beliefs - but would I be? Is the current Labour party - or at least the principles the leadership peddling at the moment really the Labour principles I was brought up to believe in? I'm not so sure any more!
